All quotations provided by Soultechs are valid for the period specified in the proposal unless stated otherwise. Pricing may change if project requirements change significantly after the initial scope.
Clients agree to provide accurate requirements, supply necessary assets, and complete payments according to the agreed schedule. Delays in feedback may affect final delivery timelines.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom-developed software becomes the client's property upon full payment. Soultechs reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
